Ad blockers

If images, download buttons or verification do not load, try these steps. There is no need to change your blocker settings when the site works normally.

1. Refresh the page and check your network connection to see whether the problem persists.
2. To check whether an extension is involved, open the same page in a browser window with extensions disabled and compare the result.
3. If a blocking rule causes the issue, you can choose to add an exception for XSHE and refresh to check. Protection on other sites can stay enabled.
